Achieving the best results from massage therapy requires regular visits, and our wellness packages make it easy for you. Our premium packages offer continuous, high-quality care to support your health and relaxation goals. Packages cannot be shared with other patient’s or used in conjunction with other offers.

Essential Wellness - $399 Includes three (3) one-hour therapeutic massages.

Complete Wellness- $760 Includes six (6) one-hour therapeutic massages.

Lifestyle Wellness - $1,430 Includes twelve (12) one-hour therapeutic massages.

Essential Wellness Plus - $599 includes three (3) 90 minute therapeutic massages.

Complete Wellness Plus - $1,135 includes six (6) 90 minute therapeutic massages

Premier Wellness Plus- $1,610 includes nine (9) 90 minute therapeutic massages

Wellness Monthly Memberships are available for purchase over the phone or in person. * If you have additional sessions throughout the month you will receive your membership discounted rates for each additional session* 60 minutes $110.00, 90 minutes $165.00, 120 minutes $220.00

Coming soon will be exclusive memberships that include add on treatments or our specialized services, as well as monthly wellness consultations/classes. Also wood therapy packages.

Carolyn Ann Shnayder LMT

Carrie Ann Shnayder is a licensed massage therapist and a member of (AMTA) American Massage Therapy Association. She completed her associates degree in Science at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Chicago and did her undergraduate studies in the medical field and is pursing a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and is planning on graduating in the next year. Carrie Ann is certified in gua-sha, cupping, ashiatsu, and wood therapy body contouring.

Carrie combines her knowledge of various massage therapy techniques, incorporating her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, pathologies, Chinese medicine, acupressure, nutrition and lifestyle modifications to treat a wide range of ailments including sports injuries and prevention, recovery from accidents, chronic pain management, trigger point therapy, psycho-emotional relaxation. She was a competitive bodybuilder for 20 plus years and played women’s ice hockey, so she has extensive experience working with athletes.

She was also in a life changing car accident in 2005 that encouraged her to become a massage therapist and pursue her degree to become a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine to help people in their healing journey. She enjoys holding a safe space to heal, guide and support patients through their journey of health and happiness.
